Privacy Policy

Effective: August 28, 2026

SlideSpoken ("SlideSpoken", "we", "us", or "our") provides an AI-powered presentation platform that helps users prepare, deliver, and manage presentations and training sessions, including AI-assisted presenting, audience interaction, meeting participation, transcripts, summaries, and related features.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you when you use SlideSpoken.

By using SlideSpoken, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

A. Account Information

When you create or use a SlideSpoken account, we may collect information such as:

  • your name
  • email address
  • account identifier
  • profile information
  • authentication provider
  • account preferences
  • subscription or plan status

If you sign in using a third-party identity provider such as Google, Microsoft, or Apple, we receive only the information that provider makes available to us based on the permissions you approve.

B. Google Sign-In Data

When you choose "Continue with Google", SlideSpoken may receive basic Google account information required to authenticate you, such as:

  • your Google account identifier
  • your name
  • your email address
  • your profile picture, if provided by Google

For normal Google Sign-In, SlideSpoken requests only the authentication scopes necessary to identify and sign in the user, such as openid, email, and profile.

SlideSpoken does not use Google Sign-In to access your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Calendar, contacts, or other private Google services unless a future feature explicitly requests additional permission and you separately authorize that access.

We use Google user data only to authenticate you, create or identify your SlideSpoken account, secure your account, and provide the services you request.

We do not sell Google user data.

We do not use Google user data for advertising.

We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except where necessary to provide or secure SlideSpoken, comply with law, or where you have instructed or authorized us to do so.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with applicable Google API Services User Data Policy requirements, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
